Rewards and Referrals
Referral links, cashback, builder attribution, Polymarket rewards, rebates, and reward caveats.
The app can show referrals, cashback, builder attribution, and external Polymarket rewards where those features are enabled. Rewards are not a stake, guaranteed return, yield product, or risk-free profit.
Referral links
Referral links can use:
?ref=CODE?r=CODE/r/CODE
When a referral code is accepted, the app stores it for the visitor before sign-in and can carry it into market links. Market pages can show "Referral code active" for the active code.
Cashback and reward review
User-facing copy in the app says rewards are reviewed or recorded only after Confirmed Trades. Cashback can be shown as available, pending, locked, paid, or payable depending on the account state. Cashback is not a trading balance and cannot be used to bet or trade in the platform.
App ledger rewards
The settings area can expose app referrals, cashback, and payout status. Those values come from Chicken Dinner ledger records and are separate from official Polymarket rewards, rebates, and referral programs.
Do not assume a displayed ledger amount means a payout is guaranteed. Payouts can depend on eligibility checks, review, minimums, and availability.
Builder code and attribution
Polymarket supports builder attribution for orders routed through applications. If the app attaches a builder code, attribution can help track volume and builder rewards. Builder codes are public identifiers, not wallet secrets.
Maker rewards and external rewards
Some markets may show external Polymarket rewards or reward eligibility. Liquidity rewards, maker rebates, and taker rebates depend on Polymarket rules, eligible markets, liquidity or trading behavior, and payout thresholds. They are not guaranteed profit and can change over time.
