Getting Started

Learn what the platform is, how prediction markets work at a basic level, and what requires a wallet.

今晚食雞 is a public prediction-market interface for discovering markets, reading odds, and entering user-signed Polymarket trades. It is not Polymarket, does not guarantee outcomes, and does not give financial advice.

What prediction markets are

A prediction market asks a real-world question, such as whether an event will happen before a stated deadline. Traders buy and sell outcome shares based on what they think will happen. In a typical binary market, "Yes" means the event happens under the market rules and "No" means it does not.

If the correct outcome resolves in your favor, each winning share is generally redeemable for $1. If it resolves against you, those shares can become worth $0.

Prices and probability

Prices are shown between $0 and $1. A Yes price near $0.63 roughly means the market is pricing about a 63% chance of Yes. This is only a crowd-sourced market price, not a promise or forecast from the app.

What you can do without signing in

  • Browse the home feed, categories, sports, esports, weather, new markets, and public event pages.
  • Search topics and open prediction pages.
  • Read prices, volume, liquidity, charts, rules, recent trades, and public profiles.
  • Open docs and machine-readable .md docs pages.

What requires a wallet

  • Placing a Buy or Sell order.
  • Viewing your own portfolio, cash, open orders, and history.
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds.
  • Approving tokens or enabling trading.
  • Claiming or redeeming resolved winning positions.
  • Managing account, referral, affiliate, or trading settings.

For the trading setup path, the app may ask you to connect a wallet, verify wallet ownership, switch to Polygon, enable trading, add funds, approve tokens, or sync balance before the Place Order button is available.

Basic risk warning

Only trade after reading the market rules and reviewing your wallet prompt. You can lose money, orders may not fill, prices can move before a trade executes, and market resolution can take time.
