Combos
Build a Polymarket Combo, review the official quote, and track settlement and positions inside Chicken Dinner.
A Combo brings 2–50 compatible market outcomes into one position. Every selected outcome must resolve in your favour for the combination to win. Same-game selections can be eligible; Polymarket checks compatibility when you request a quote.
Open the Combo workspace to choose from the official eligible catalog. Availability depends on your location, account and whether live trading is enabled for this deployment.
Build and review
- Choose at least two outcomes. You can select one outcome per market.
- Set your maximum spend in pUSD. For a buy request, this budget includes fees.
- Enable trading and approve the spending limit when needed. An approval permits spending; it does not buy a Combo.
- Request an official quote. Review its total required, Combo shares and remaining validity.
- Choose Sign & accept quote only if the returned terms suit you.
The quote's returned expiry controls its deadline. An expired quote needs a fresh request. Multiplying the probabilities of individual outcomes does not produce an executable quote, particularly when outcomes are correlated.
Follow the result
Acceptance starts execution. It is not proof of a fill. Use Check settlement status to obtain the official result. A timeout leaves the request pending so you can check the same request again; it does not automatically place another trade.
If a retry is offered, it retries that same acceptance. Do not treat a slow response as evidence that the original trade failed.
Use Show positions to load the official Combo positions for your connected trading wallet. The list includes per-leg status, shares held and official entry costs and fees. Load more positions retrieves the next page. A local selection or quote alone is never shown as an owned position.
When the catalog is unavailable
An access restriction or failed connection is different from an empty market list. HTTP 451 indicates restricted access, but the response alone does not establish whether a VPN exit, location or another provider policy caused it. Some browsers cannot expose the response status because of cross-origin restrictions; the workspace then reports that the catalog is unavailable.
Understand the product
A Combo can lose even when most selected outcomes win. The tools help you compare the terms and control your budget; they do not guarantee profit. Cash-back or referral information from Chicken Dinner is separate from Polymarket's official fees, rewards and rebates.
